Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies the results. We do not retain a separate copy of those searches on our servers. A message sent to us contains only the details you choose to provide, and we use them to answer that message.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary server logs, including IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps diagnose faults and show which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, when present, advertising measurement.
How the Data Is Used
The limited data described above supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to San Bernardino city and county portals, California agencies, library collections, and outside search services. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by that destination's privacy terms. The same applies to sponsored results supplied by a third-party company.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information already described. We may disclose data in response to valid legal process, but otherwise do not share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
An encrypted connection serves the site, and server logs are kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Since no accounts are offered, the site holds no visitor password or account profile.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights to know, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, Civil Code ยงยง 1798.100 et seq. Because we retain very little, a request generally involves checking contact messages and available server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Government records held by the City of San Bernardino, San Bernardino County, or California agencies remain outside our control, so correction or removal requests for those records must go to the custodian.
Updates to This Policy
Any revised policy will appear here. Using the site after a revision takes effect indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
